Development Stats:  Two reel stainless steel tank, inversion and twist agitation.

1.  Presoak 2 min in water at 20 C.

2.  Develop 3.5 minutes in Rodinol 1:50.  30s initial agitation then 10 seconds of agitation (three inversions) every 30s.  Dump at 3.5 min.

3.  Stop with water 20c,  two - four dumps.

4.  Fix 7 min,  medium agitation first 30 sec then for 30 sec every subsequent 30 seconds.

5.  Wash 15 min 20c

6. Hang and spray distilled water each side

7. Let dry

These results were consistent and reproduced.
